Product Shipment
When you win The Builders Challenge we provide your personal information to our sponsors so they can ship the winning products to you. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost or not received by the winner when sent by our sponsors. We promise to do our best to ensure each sponsor sends what they have contractually agreed to provide to each of our winners. We guarantee our sponsors will be able to ship products to our winners located in the United States. In regard to any winner located outside of the United States, we will do our best to work with the sponsors in getting the winning packages sent to them but cannot guarantee you will receive these products due to shipping costs and import tariffs. If you win the challenge and live outside of the US no additional compensation will be given for any products we are not able to ship to you.
